Which live standard would you ditch to make room for the new stuff?

I was thinking about this yesterday. With mainly single show runs songs like porch and rvm could become “rarities” with new material and actual rarities will be long, long odds

I think songs from the new album will make it tougher to get deeper cuts from the 1990's (Garden, Dissident, Whipping, etc) and really knock out a lot of material from Binaural to Lightning Bolt (maybe just the hits and/or ones that are easier on Ed's voice).

I would lose DTE,  You have new fans that are going want to to hear Even Flow, Alive, RVM, Porch and I am Ok with that.  My girlfriend who is not as crazy about them as I am knows those songs so it makes it easier for me to take her.  LOL

I know it’s not happening, but I’d vote for less covers. All Pearl Jam, all the time!

Voted DTE from this list, but definitely agree with those who said RITFW.  That’s a snorer anymore

Rather see them all in a 45 song set, but to choose one: rvm. The strobe lights make me nauseous.

It felt strange and surreal and exhilarating hearing it as the third song played at the Ten Show in Philly in 16.

OR - Oh hell no, I'm keeping them all!
To be honest, as long as people around me are into any of those songs I'm down. I've seen some memorable Mike solos in the past few tours during Evenflow from GA, Alive brings out some truly passionate fans, and I don't mind the singalongs (Betterman's getting a little tiring, but the tags keep it fresh).

That being said, I'd trade one of those if we consistently got Red fucking Mosquito.
  • Alive
Lose Betterman, Small Town, and Alive. Even Flow and DTE are always great live. RVM might be my favorite live song along with Not For You

why wasn't Jeremy on this list?
+1 (though it does get its good moment at the end with the lights flashing and the: ay, ay, at, at, etc....

And don't forget folks: you can't have evenbros without Evenflow!

    Porch
Small town is the song I least want to hear going in to the shows I see, but when they play it I still dig it.   I for one love most of the covers.  Maybe drop the extended version of porch (keep it short and angry)  and work in a couple more songs.
... really whatever makes them happy up there, I’ve never left even slightly disappointed.
