Digital is now in the 3000-4000 rankings on the Amazon chart and out of the ITunes Rock Album. Hopefully they can perform on some show sometime this year to give it a boost.
Grammy nominations are announced next week. I don't expect them to get any of the big awards. But if they're just reduced to album packaging. That would be an injustice. They're going to have competition in the rock or alternative category. Especially now since even some "pop" artists can be in the category it seems. And I know "they don't care" or " I don't know what this means. I don't think this means anything". As a fan I like to see my band acknowledged.
Does it get a Grammy nomination today? If so, something more than just album packaging?
I wouldn't be surprised if it does. Something from every album (or the album itself) has been nominated with the exception of No Code and Avocado. I could see DOTC getting a best rock performance nod or something like that.
Not that these awards mean anything (per Eddie in 1996), but I always wished Do The Evolution won best music video (lost to Ray of Light by Madonna) because the video is so awesome.

According to this it wasn't. But it may be wrong. This says that Vitalogy and Yield were, but No Code wasn't.
