2020 tour commemorative tickets...

RhinoJamRhinoJam Raleighwood Posts: 593
Question: - - If we submitted for multiple shows, and requested a commemorative ticket (x1), and win tickets to all shows, will we get a commemorative ticket for all shows, or just 1?

Thanks,
Rhino.

looks like you can only select "1", so you should get them for every show you are confirmed for.

Did anyone *not* get an email or a pending charge for this?  It was supposed to be today, right?

I just got the email 10 minutes ago for the confirmation of the charge for them

Ahh ok, maybe still processing some then.  I have my original confirmation email showing I ordered it, so at least I have a backup should any issue arise. But I'll keep on the lookout for now.

1/24 UPDATE: Email & charge came about an hour after I posted. :plus_one:

It seemed like a rip off paying $10 for 1 commemorative piece of paper. I like collecting stubs but I didn’t have to pay extra for the ones I have. I’ll put that $10 towards merch at the show.

We all pay much more than that eating on a night out for a temporary gift of food, 10 bucks is pennies when considering it part of a lifelong memento of a fun and meaningful concert experience

$10 might get you 75% cup of beer.

I just make my own. This is what I did for Fenway (only downside is you have to print and cut it out yourself, but I think it's cooler than a generic TicketMaster ticket). Working on a design for these shows right now (something a little more modern - was going for a vintage feel for the ballpark shows).

What kind of paper do you print with?

I'm very happy we have the option for commemorative tickets at least. I'm happy to pay the extra $10 per gig for the ticket stub.

I guess that memento will really stick with you at that point. If I had ordered multiple shows then maybe I would have considered it. I see too many shows a year to justify adding a $10 fee for the stub. My gf already thinks it’s dumb I hang on to so many nick nacks. But about that beer....

I got a commemorative ticket for the home show in 2018 and I ordered one for this show. I’d rather the money went directly to PJ, but I’m glad to have this option. It’s kinda crazy since I just scan them and put them in a box. If ticket companies would offer a digital representation of a physical ticket, I’d be happy. In the meantime I’ll have to look into creating my own. That Fenway ticket is awesome.

For those who have gotten commemorative tix before, do the tickets look the same for all shows in the same tour?

Ya $10.00 is a bit too much. Is I got 2 for every show it would really add up. Better spent on merch and the bar 😜

I liked these tickets from when they parted ways with TM. Does anyone remember where we bought these tickets. I’m drawing a blank.
