    When did it ask for your tc code?  I signed into Ticketmaster through the site and it did not have a box for the presage. Just said tickets didn’t go on sale for 9 days??

    I can't even login to Ticketmaster, haven't been able to all morning. Guess it's a load issue but still frustrating. Might give it a shot on my phone.

    Sounds like you signed up for the TM Verified Fan presale.  That is separate from the Ten Club sale.

    For those who are having trouble, it's contained and embedded in the email from Ten Club with the subject line "Gigaton and North America Tour Announcement." I received mine at 12:15 central standard time, if that helps at all.

    In the Tenclub email, it should be right below the list of dates. It says "Ten Club Presale" and should have your name and your pre-sale code right there.

    I got two emails.
    One from Pearl Jam, One from the Tenclub (as seen below).  Pearl Jam one mentions presale for members and public tickets, with hyperlinks in them.  Tenclub one was the one I showed before, with registered username and code.

    Soooo...I have yet to get my code either. I emailed the club. The one email I have is not from the 10C. It is from PJ. Looks the same but does the bottom only says "more info".
