Considering my 16-year old nephew doesn't know who PJ is other than a couple snippets from the radio - yes it's classic rock. Tbf though he's grown up in the bay area, which apparently is not a big PJ area.

Pearl Jam is older now than the Rolling Stones were when PJ opened for them in the 90s. I've heard them on classic rock stations for at least 10 years. They are definitely classic rock.
