MN Twins, sticking only to players who played under the Twins uniform. If I were to include Senators, there would be some big changes here.

    C - Joe Mauer
    1B - Harmon Killebrew
    2B - Rod Carew
    SS - Roy Smalley
    3B - Gary Gaetti
    OF - Torii Hunter
    OF - Kirby Puckett
    OF - Tony Oliva
    DH - Paul Molitor
    SP - Johan Santana
    RP - Joe Nathan

    C Carlton Fisk
    1B Carl Yastrzemski
    2B Dustin Pedroia
    3B Wade Boggs
    SS Nomar Garciaparra
    LF Ted Williams
    CF Fred Lynn
    RF Dwight Evans
    DH David Ortiz
    SP Pedro Martinez
    RP Dick Radatz

That leaves off some impressive players including Cy Young, Jimmie Foxx, Babe Ruth (the pitcher), Jim Rice, Roger Clemens, Manny Ramirez, Mookie Betts.
That’s definitely a hard franchise to narrow down (Red Sox).  I love putting in Pedro, he was the best pitcher I’ve seen (in his prime) in my life time.
I loved Pedro, definitely one of the greats, but I still put Maddux above him for best I've seen. Pedro had the extra pizazz because he was a strikeout artist, but didn't have the endurance. A healthy Pedro pitching 35 - 37 times a year in his prime would be hard to beat in any era though.
1997-2000, Pedro's last year in Montreal and first 3 in Boston is one the most dominating stretches any pitcher ever has had, especially considering 101% of the hitters were jacked up on performance enhancing goofballs.
    3 Cy Youngs (finished 2nd in 98)
Twice with an ERA below 2 (and 2.07 in 99), twice over 300 K's (284 in 2000, he missed about 5 starts that year).
By far the most dominant I've seen a pitcher be in my lifetime.

    Fun idea, thanks!

C - Willson Contreras (though it was going to be Pudge a couple different times)
1B - Mark Grace (though I do love Rizzo)
    2B - Ryne Sandberg
    3B - Kris Bryant
SS - Ernie Banks (never saw him play)
    OF - Jayson Heyward
    OF - Andre Dawson
OF - Ben Zobrist (right guy, perfect time)
    SP - Greg Maddux
MR - Jesse Chavez (only spent about 10 minutes with the team, but he was fun to watch and likeable as hell).
CL -  Mike Montgomery (only had 1 save)

The Cubs don't have a particularly rich history of OF and RP's.

My list would mirror yours with the following changes...

    C Joe Girardi
    3B Ron Santo
    LF Billy Williams
    RP Lee Smith

Good call on Girardi. I agree with you on that. Lee Smith was the career saves leader for many years, but Mike Montgomery has the biggest and best save in Chicago Cubs history. I couldn't look past that. Though, he was predominantly a MR for them, so there is that.

Langston was my pitching idol pre-Maddux because he was a lefty like me. Pretended to be him as a kid.

Yes, too soon.  None of them ever donned an Expos uniform.

You left off Robles and Turner too...

I'm liking the "All-Time Team" that are not on your favorite team.  Here would be mine.  I'm sticking to players I've seen in my generation.
    • Catcher: Pudge Rodriguez
    • First Base: Todd Helton
    • Second Base: Roberto Alomar
    • Shortstop: Cal Ripken Jr.
    • Third Base: Chipper Jones
    • Left Field: Kirby Puckett
    • Center Field: Ken Griffey Jr.
    • Right Field: Vlad Guerrero Sr.
    • DH: Frank Thomas
    • Ace: Pedro Martinez
    • Middle Relief: Andrew Miller
    • Setup Man: Dennis Eckersley
    • Closer: Mariano Rivera
I wish I was a sacrifice, but somehow still lived on.

I mentioned Vladdy was hard to pass on but had to pick the Canadian from Maple Ridge BC!
Randy J was better after traded and it was Pedro vs El Presidente.... tough call but you win when you pitch a perfect game 👍
