According to reports, we’re going to be peaking in the UK in 2 weeks time. I think at that time the country will basically shut down like the state Italy is in right now. Hopefully numbers will start going down shortly after and things will calm down a bit. Things should have improved a lot by June / July. Just my thoughts but I’m not expert.

Can't see the tour happening. Yesterday our government announced that all indoor events with more than 100 people are canceled. Same with outdoor events over 500 people. Now we are waiting for the next announcement which will be the closing of all schools in Austria.

I was not worried at all for Canada to be cancelled but here we are. Hopefully Europe is good after the lockdown methods they are trying and things can get straightened out over there. There is over 100 days to go for the tour.

Remember we're a long way from the Euro tour, and they're not going to postpone now. I think the restrictions and the very warm spring and early summer will even out the virus...of course I'm also worried but I'll wait a couple of months and see how the virus situation is in the middle of May.

I'm resigned to the fact that I am completely fucked, and that this non-trip, non-tour is gonna cost me like $2k.

If the tour is canceled then likely we would not want to be traveling but I’m hoping I can still head over to Europe but just not see any shows.  Just golf in Ireland for a week like I planned to and then just go to countries that are still open and head back to Paris to fly home.   Only be out the cost of the flights in Europe.

If you got  plane tickets and hotels booked, i would travel .
As the paris attacks happend , i did not travel
As the foo fighters canceled their shows in japan, i traveled around japan for a week.

I'd like to still hit up Switzerland for a holiday, but all feels too soon with the way things are heading.

Unless hot weather just wipes this thing out we won't be seeing a Euro tour.
This show, another show, a show here and a show there.

If they postpone, I think the Euro tour will happen next summer. Me and wifey will still go to Vienna though, if the travel restrictions make it possible.

seriously having doubts about this Euro tour now as things are getting cancelled left, right and centre here in the UK, six shows all booked and paid for with no chance of a refund on the flights, worrying times indeed..stay safe people

With what they said yesterday that we are 10-14 weeks away from the projected peak we dont seem to have a cat in hells chance of seeing these shows....

I wonder when they'll postpone them to - next Summer perhaps since the US shows will likely move to Q4 2020 and they like to travel Europe when the weather is nice?

Unfortunately, a lot of airlines are only allowing changes/credit thru 2020.  Doubt I'll be buying a whole new round of plane tickets from the US for the whole family again next year.
I've seen quite a few Pearl Jam shows.

I know its something they have to say right now but good to read nonetheless. 107 days until this show and 100 until the Euro tour. Fingers crossed its all sorted out by then for our health and to see this band.

Just got the email as well. It doesn’t make me more optimistic but it’s good to know they’re not giving up right away

Well you never know...maybe the measures that a lot of countries are taking now will actually help and beat this virus in 2-3 months? I'm taking this week by week.

The Script have new dates for Ziggodome. Their original dates were postponed from March 20th/21st to June 16th/17th. While this has nothing to do with Pearl Jam's Euro tour happening or not I just found it interesting some bands are thinking this is going to blow over by the summer. I think it will be a couple of months before Pearl Jam is able to say anything either way.

More and more countries will shut down their borders in the coming weeks. The next two and a half months will be crucial. If summer tours are to be postponed, my guess is that PJ will tour Europe next summer instead.

I was originally quite hopeful, but the state that the UK is going to be in within the next 1-2 months, I’d now say the Europe tour is definitely off.

40% chance the concerts will continue in Europe.  That is my guess right now.

    I give it 10%-15%.

I think you are right after thinking about it some more.
