I feel like we need a "celebrity f***, marry, kill game" thread...
@Kat is that something that would be allowed?
    It's disrespectful, but entertaining lol

Would you have asked your friend for her number?
The reason I'm asking, Dyer, is because I sometimes wonder if women making the first move is just a really bad idea overall.

It's a rather motley crew, that's for sure.
    :how_interesting:

And how does a woman approach the L word on a first date?
I think maybe it was the 2nd, but regardless, still WAY too soon!  I think she was about a quart low on Cowper's fluid and rrreeeeeeeaaaaallllyyyyyy looking for a mechanic to top it off.

EDIT: Don't Google that if you're at work/school
    How did you meet her?
She came to the bar that I frequent and was hanging out with one of my friends.  She had made cupcakes & brought them there, offered me one and it was one of the best damn cupcakes I ever had. So I raved about it all night, and I don't even really like cake. Later on, after we'd all left, she text my friend and asked him for my #.
How drunk does one have to be to get that excited about a cupcake?

I was going to comment about someone bringing cupcakes to a bar....but yeah, your question!
    ;)

Not at all.  It was a damn good cupcake!!  Why she brought them to the bar, I don't know, but they were damn good.

Probably not, but I'll have to clarify the fact that I only ask someone out or for their number about once a decade.  Honestly, I wish more women would consider making the first move.  If i had a dollar for every time I heard "I had a thing for you back then" when I had zero clue then or now, I'd be living on my own private tropical island.  On the other hand, if I lost a dollar for every time I thought a girl was interested and read her "signs" and "hints" and "clues" totally wrong, I'd have to sell that island before sundown tonight!

Thank you for your responses. I guess it isn't really fair for men to always be put in a position of possible rejection...or is it? ;)

    They're real, and they're spectacular!

Take me back to the 90's and strand me on an island with Lois Lane, Kelly Bundy and Kelly Kapowski.
Topanga, Six and Jessica Beal for me.
