    I saw Dylan double bill with Neil Young a few years ago in Ireland. I was expecting him to be awful due to his lack of range, but I thought he sounded decent and I really enjoyed the show.

    If anybody has earned the right to do whatever they want on stage, it's Dylan. Don't forget, the criticism he's receiving here is nothing like the hate he received in the '60's when he went electric. There were people turning their backs on him for the entire performance. But he had a new direction and he wasn't going to let the crowd dictate what he was trying to do.

    Who knows, maybe in another fifty years people will look back on his current performances as genius.
