FOUND A VINTAGE PEARL JAM JERSEY/SHIRT! Does anyone know where/when this is from?

I haven't been able to find anything comparable online. I found it going through a vintage gear collection. Does anyone have any leads on where it could be from? It's made of a nice basketball warm-up type material. It's a beautiful garment. I posted pics of the piping/stitching. Empire sporting goods folded in the mid-90s. I'm more of a t-shirt guy and I want this to go to a good home.
