  • Corduroy?! That's a super treat.

Would love to hear how that sounded!

What a wonderful show!!! The Berlin audience drove Eddie to tears because we didn‘t stop singing after black. His voice was amazing!
Also, I‘m not a big fan of Falling slowly, but when Eddie sings it, it becomes a classic 😀 Thank you Berlin!

How do people like indifference so early in the set?

What an amazing show! Indifference was wonderful, highlights were Corduroy, Black (yes, we did drive him to tears!) and singing Alive! The audience was singing their hearts out all night and I had the best time! Can’t wait for Düsseldorf! Also loved Glen solo and for the duets!!

Did anybody else have rather poor seats with their ten club tickets? I was sitting a bit elevated at the very side of the stage. It didn’t stop me from having an amazing time but after reading about the great seating during the last shows I was a bit bummed.

Was a bit worried this tour was just going to be a copy if 2017 but I shouldn't have been it was a great night. indifference with the strings was fantastic worth the trip just for that as was corduroy.

I was at the side as well a few rows up thought it was fine as the elevation made the view better. Obvioulsy front few rows would have been the best but I'd rather be where I was than 15 rows back in the floor

    Yep. Same here...
Same here. I would have preferred some front seats as well.

The sound was amazing and stood out. And the atmosphere, it felt like everyone was present and excited.

My highlights were It happened today and Falling slowly.

Berlin usually has loads of 10 Club tickets allocated. Local promoter instead of Live Nation, so it seems like they can give better deal. The downside is that there simply is not enough best seats for everyone.

Trying to get good tickets from the general sale seemed near impossible. I tried.

I was happy with my floor 11 row tickets. Our friends got lucky and had row 2, actually front row since only the middle floor section had row 1.

The show was great, my first Eddie show.

I have no words to discribe how wonderful that evening was!
Eddies voice was fantastic and hearing him playing  PJ songs combined  with strings plus Glen's strong voice is so exciting new. I think this is on another level.
I'm just glad, I was lucky to get in there!

If someone from 10 Club reads this I just want to say a huge Thank You to your Ticket Crew in Berlin! They are Great!
    THANK YOU!

The Berlin show was great, fantastic, amazing. Excellent atmosphere, Eddie's voice sounded beautiful, plus a great performance by Glen Hansard. It had everything - emotions, atmosphere, high quality.
Setlist was great. My favorite songs - I Am Mine, Immortality, Porch, Corduroy (with Red Limo, fantastic), Society… I love R.E.M., so It Happend Today, accompanied by Glen and Red Limo, was also incredible. Black was absolutely amazing, the whole hall was singing long after the song was over and applauded standing, it was obvious that Eddie was moved. Great moment. Hard Sun at the end doesn't need a comment.
The perfection of the whole concert brought TenClub tickets - we were in the second row in the middle, right in front of the stage. =)
Eddie, thank you very, very much, it was a wonderful evening!

I feel this was one of the worst venues on the tour for this type of show.
The problem was the bar level being open to the whole arena. We were sat on the top row with the bars right behind us. The noise was really distracting. During the show and we could barely hear Eddie or Glen whilst they were talking in between songs. Not sure if this was a problem lower down or higher up but at our level it was very noticeable.

We saw Glen struggle with the noise from a small open bar at the back of an arena in Brussels (we could also hear the bar noise in our seats there too) but those doors must have been closed when Ed came on as the noise wasn’t a problem for his set.

For a full rock show i’m sure this type of arena layout isn’t a problem but for an acoustic show the noise was very distracting.

Obviously still had had an amazing time and we love Berlin!
