If you are just reaching out to bug them about something out of their control or something they cannot release ( future tour dates ect ) then no you are not owed a response.

I object to your characterization of me as someone who would email tenclub and demand to know unannounced tour dates.

I'm pretty sure people are enjoying your presence - it's just friendly teasing, not mocking! Everyone knows you create some of the best posts, especially the poll ones.

I have always found they reply to inquiries very quickly.  If I sent an email to the wrong 10club location, it's been rerouted and responded to by the appropriate department. I often wonder if these people ever take a vacation, that's how timely their responses have been.
