Tenclub not answering emails (??)

Have sent them an email, didn't get a reply so I sent another one maybe a week later. Still nothing. How long are you expected to wait? Or is there some kind of holiday/leave in the US (like the swedish "sports break"?)

    Is this a item you ordered issue, or a general question?
    I worked with them a week or so ago with a vault issue and it was very promptly resolved, I was actually surprised how quickly they got back to me.
    But if you're asking when the next tour is or complaining about things out of their control(taxes, shipping) I doubt you'll get a response...
    Wouldn't it be funny if the world ended in 2010, with lots of fire?

    Lol , I pay for the 10C you need to tell me all future tour dates now.

    That was a little snide , I will say though if I went into a bank and said I am a paying customer I need to know how much money you keep in your vault. That would not be a valid question. 

    So if about merch , refund , issues yeah they should reply.

    If you are just reaching out to bug them about something out of their control or something they cannot release ( future tour dates ect ) then no you are not owed a response.
