Can we agree on a blues album? I know cutz will get behind that idea.
I only like some Blues songs. Not sure about a Blues album.

     Any suggestions?
I have a whole new appreciation for MedozK now.

I went on Spotify and chose different albums that I like:
    "Muddy & The Wolf"
    "Blues" by Jimi Hendrix
    some Lightnin' Hopkins albums
    "Revelator" by Tedeschi Trucks Band
And they all have more than 10 tracks! It is so frustrating to look for albums with 10 tracks. MedozK is a saint. He should be worshipped.

For double albums, run 2 polls for first round

    sides 1&2 poll & sides 3&4 poll

get rid of the most voted songs to get to 10

    then 1 poll

lotta great double albums out there

Let It Bleed or a damn Beasties album...

Let's agree that it should be one of these!
Let It Bleed is an excellent choice.  If you really want to get into a long one, then let's do Exile on Main Street.

Those two tracks would make a good final.

I'd still give the edge to "Gimme Shelter," though.

More people know it, Mick doesn't fake a southern US accent through the entire song, and it has a little more variety.

Haha, yeah, nothing compares to Dead Flowers for his fake accents!  Still, that whole run of albums was just unmitigated genius by the Stones.

"Dead Flowers" is one of my 9-year-old daughter's three favorites songs. It's strange to hear her sing about needles and spoons, but whatever, we can't all be superparents.

Her favorite song when she was 2 years old was "Gangsta Gangsta," but I had to stop playing that one because I just knew that if I ever heard the N word escape her mouth, even if she was just singing along, I'd likely slap the blonde out of her hair.

I gave a thought to starting a 90's version, but it's hard to find popular 90's albums with 10 or fewer songs.

The CD era kinda made albums a lot longer, didn't it?

    Is that max poll size?

...You could "hold back" the more-popular songs during the first round. For example, if you did the 12-track Nevermind don't put in SLTS and Come As You Are until round #2, once the first two songs have been eliminated.

Correction: You'd have to hold back either Lithium or In Bloom too due to its 13th (hidden) track.

...this is what was done for the PJ albums a couple of years ago.
