That was awesome! Nice cover. I always knew Dave was a great drummer but how the heck does he play with 3 drum sticks in each hand???

This is the best Cornell cover I've ever heard. I really hope this motivates and inspires Pearl Jam to produce something even half as good as this on their upcoming album.

What could have been.  The real lost dogs are the songs that were never made with Dave A.

    Dave A, what a talent.

It's a shame what could have been. Imagine how he could have nudged Ed away from his mushy songwriting from 2006 until now.

That song is so frickin underrated - one of Chris’ best IMO, and Dave just made a whole new cool awesome iteration of it!

If someone could just put the original track with Dave’s drums that would be really really cool.

Great cover! Great sound! Miss Chris. Think Dave A is and always will be the best PJ had at their disposal.

Dave A is like Dave Grohl to me, beats the hell out of the drums and adds a great aggressive tone. I watched a video I took of Matt Cameron playing Seasons from the LA Forum show and he is much more subdued, the guitar and vocals are the focal point. Problem is, Stone and Jeff, fed off Dave A’s drumming whether live or in studio in 1992-1993, and now the drumming is now more subdued, but solid. It’s a beat, not a groove.

This is sacred ground for me because Seasons is my favourite song ever........but I'm blown away by what these guys have done with it.  To take such a wonderfully stark and vulnerable song and amp up all that energy, should not work on paper, but somehow they've pulled it off.  It doesn't hurt that they have Dave A on drums, he has lost nothing, he plays with so much feeling.  It's hard to believe that he didn't get another major gig after he left Pearl Jam.

The only thing that could have made this better would have been a Mike McCready solo :)

On first listen to this yesterday, I wasn't too impressed. But it has grown on me after revisiting it twice since then. I never heard of these guys before.

Dave A treats the drums almost as a lead instrument. You can listen to a live song with PJ from the early 90s and just start focusing in on the drumming. His drumming has such character and groove.

He was in Guns N Roses for a short while.

Saying "get" implies he tried and wanted it though, which we don't know much about. Or do we?

That was pretty good. The guy has a good voice, and Dave sounded great. I hated the solo though, I thought it was overdone.

The heavy parts made me feel pretty sad though, because more than anything I wanted it to be Soundgarden
