it would be great to graph Ed's "USA, USA, USA!!!" chant and mic throw down from the end of Uniondale's Rockin in the Free World to the Rocking in the free world version from State College.  Best of both worlds.

As someone who has heard every show on this tour and was at about 6 of them, id go with Know your rights and Bushleager back to back from Uniondale. </2cents>
I just didn't know if I wanted to hear the "boos" throughout the performance.

The version of porch I referred to is from 7/14/03 Holmdel, NJ.  It ends the main set.

Listen to it on pearljamlive.com  What a version!
    Listening to it right now.

I think I need a better copy of the Holmdel show. Mine sounds like crap - really low compared to most of the other bootlegs.

Its like a great novel to me, its a time and a place but it was just an indescribable feeling.

I'll play around with it - and the Porch suggestion...I can also update Go after Oceans...I think I got a little lazy as they were played back-to-back at that Mansfield show.

I also need to get "Growin' Up" and "People Have The Power" in there somewhere.

Since you're kind of boxed in with disc space, I realize this may be impossible, but have you thought about including some of the improvs?

State college had two pretty good ones and
don't drive me (I'm an SUV) was performed at least three times. No other notable improvs are coming to my head now, but they might work as intros to songs.

I'm just waiting to share once any additional suggestions are posted (I will look into adding a couple of Improvs). Also, I still haven't split the tracks yet. I'm using Nero Soundtrax and I find it easiest to do that after I've ensured everything flows well together. I should have time to listen to all of these over the weekend. Sorry if I'm creating any unnecessary hype here.

With the above said, I have no problem sharing the "work in progress" - although I'm not sure if that's allowed right here (i.e., in this forum) as I think you can once again buy the 2003 bootlegs. Admittedly, I got my copies about seven or eight years ago when they were free for anyone to download. Which reminds me: The newer versions might have improved audio and I'm just using older mp3's. This might turn a few people off this project.

Assuming this thing all works out, is anyone out there any good with CD artwork? My past work is "satisfactory," at best.

This looks fantastic!!  I love the 2000 compilation that was done and always wanted one for the 2003 tour.  Thanks for doing this - is there anyway I can get a PM?

Like the St.Louis representation on the list. Though I would say the show opener "Present Tense" should be on there!

I definitely considered it - I think I've used that one on a different compilation I'd made sometime ago. However, I only made it seven discs long and had seven other openers that had to be used there (as they were only openers during the 2003 tour). Anyway, the 2003 St. Louis show is indeed one of the best.

Everything downloaded great and is nicely organized. And I listened to a couple songs off of the first one when it finally finished and sounds really good. Nice job.

Now I need to burn some CD's before my computer inevitably explodes.
