I'll echo the previous comments - what a great show!  Love the venue, met lots of great PJ fans, and really enjoyed the main stage line up of Johnny Marr, Liz Phair, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, and of course, Eddie.  Hearing Eddie sing There Is A Light with Johnny was a highlight for me because that is one of my all time favorite Smiths songs!

Here are a couple of shots I took from the show:

Had a great time at Ohana.....every year, there are great collaborations....seeing EV with Johhny Marr as well as Liz Phair was amazing.

We ended up getting a parking space at the venue, though it was about a 15 minute walk from the entrance.

Zippo lighters & the elusive $250 signed poster were nowhere to be found.

  • Such a fantastic weekend. Great weather, amazing performances across the board (especially Beck!!), and just a fun festival vibe. Can't wait to go back next year.
  • Plague Vendor was fucking SPECTACULAR!!!! I can't wait to buy some merch and vinyl from them.
    Ed singing The Smiths???? *thud*
Meeting so many delightful people in the crowd warmed my soul.
    The lineup was wonderful.
    Ed's set was beautiful.

(I would have been a little happier with a bit less bass but I was directly in front of the speakers at the rail and you gotta expect the sound will not be as good as it is further into the crowd.)

I am absolutely planning on next year. I hope we get a heads up of the dates in enough time to reserve a camping space since my Cali. family offered me the use of their 5th wheel next time.
  • Along the Watchtower with Mumford to close the Fest? And of course Eddie was great as always.

Hope to do this every year! Ive been to 16 and 18...19?

Second year attending and this year I decided to do all three days. I scored a last minute wristband for Friday and went to see Dave Hause. He and The Mermaids are amazing!! I hope they schedule some West coast shows and soon. Eddie sang with Amos Lee on Friday, but his presence was scarce on the other days  Kind of unusual for Eddie. Overall a great time and I definitely will be going next year.
