    It's a $70 Patagonia Refugio backpack with different coloured stitching and straps, in addition to a couple stitched patches. It's a quality made product, yet the inflated secondary market for this product is a head-scratcher. Get your own stitched Pearl Jam patch(es) and throw'em on your own backpack.

    If I remember correctly, someone recently did just that and tried to sell it for a hundred bucks or so

    I'd advise you list it on eBay. Sure, it'll cost you about 15% off the top between eBay and Paypal fees but that's fair. The upside is, your auction will be seen by potentially millions of Pearl Jam fans, not just the few thousand jaded hecklers here. Good luck to you!
