Belding or whatever his name is in real life would hang out in college bars in oneonta ny all the time. I don’t know why but he was pretty much morbidly obese at the time and it was pathetic. Saw him a lot of times.

Kelly is so cal seems a lot cooler

She wasn't looking her best but was still cool to see her.  Saw all sorts of folks there who were famous but it was a kind of special access place that we got into because of where one of our buddies worked so we kept as low a profile as we could.
When Mel Gibsons problems came out....wasn't much of a shock.  ;)

I love some of the names people are sharing.
    So many great characters.

The Wire should be mandatory viewing in order to graduate high school.

Loved The Shield and 24. Can't believe I forgot about Jack Bauer. The Shield has one of the best intro themes of all time. Loved Dutch and Shane.

I agree with you on the intro to The Shield.  I had to pick one and it had to be Vic - he was such a bastard, but so compelling. Jack Bauer was the first character that came to mind.

I love The Wire, couldn't pick one character though. I have not seen Breaking Bad yet - it's on my Netflix watch list.

It has to say something that in the first several posts, there were 4 different Breaking Bad characters named.

Jesse Pinkman - Breaking Bad - "Bitch"

Tyrion Lannister - Game of Thrones "I drink and I know things"

Ron Swanson - Parks and Rec - "Give a man a fish and feed him for a day. Don’t teach a man to fish…and feed yourself. He’s a grown man. And fishing’s not that hard"

Dwight Schrute - The Office - "I don’t have a lot of experience with vampires, but I have hunted werewolves. I shot one once, but by the time I got to it, it had turned back into my neighbor’s dog"

Tommy Gavin - Rescue Me - "Asshole"

"A smart monkey doesn't monkey around with another monkey's monkey" - Darwin's Theory

Man, there are some good ones up there (though I too have yet to see GoT or Breaking Bad).

Also, I forgot about Frank Pembleton on Homicide.  Talk about intense.
