Off the top of my head:

    Bunk Moreland, The Wire
    Fox Mulder: The X-Files
    Bosch, Bosch
    Raylen Givens, Justified
    Jesse Pinkman, Breaking Bad
    It's a hopeless situation...

Watched Jack Ryan on Amazon and seeing Bunk on it was like seeing an old friend.  I love Bunk, as well.  I love pretty much everything about that show...but Omar is just the best, to me.
I love all of the ones you picked....Raylen was awesome but I would probably pick Boyd Crowder.
You pick the heroes, except one.
I pick the baddies, except one.
    ;)

    Stephen Holder, The Killing

C'mon Dave, that is a 5 year old thread that went two pages and was not exactly a Top 5 list.  Share yours.
