    Nah man... Neil Diamond is a GREAT song writer.    Ed and Neil have similar voices. 

    Go Google 'Hell Yeah' and tell me 1) It sounds like a Ed solo song 2) He wouldn't bring down the house with it.

    My Mom played his records in the 70's for sure. Between him, Willie Nelson and Elton John, there was always music going in the house.

    Good song. Seems like a solo ev song. Sure he would rock it out and lot's of us wouldn't know it wasn't his.
    I just am drawn more to the twisted heavier stuff. What do I know ;)

    I still remember this, most of us were like, "Who the hell is that?"  The crowd was not going for it as they sang, but once Ed joined...oh man we were into it.  I also wrestled some lady for Jack's drum stick, we literally had a 4 person tug of war for it, two on each side.  We got it and ran like hell!
