Magnets

Does anyone have any good advice on magnets, in helping to heal and balance the body and undo all its residual effects of radiation in this new world?  I think there might be some truth in it.  I remember in the nineties, they were preaching that a little too and selling magnetic bracelets and such at pharmacies.  At that time, I remember it being about balancing out the iron in your body?  Forgive me for not having officially googled it yet and coming to you kind, knowledgeable people first to toss around the idea of actually using some of these magnets.  I'm always looking for ways to improve my family and I's health.  Thank you, in advance, for any good info and time taken on this topic.  All the best.

There is no evidence that static magnets improve health, and no logical reason why they would, particularly with radiation.. Magnetic fields and radiation are two completely different things. You’re correct that this is just pseudoscience. It’s never a good idea to get health information from movies .

But we have ions in the blood that have a charge. So magnets may affect  that. Just an idea. I know nothing
