@bradklausen - You've spoiled me with your artwork and prices and because of that i just can never bring myself to pay 4x more than original prices for a signed a/p like some people sell. But you could definitely raise your prices a bit. Love your work.
@bradklausen charge all you want just keep your cart system. It’s the best in the business and we love the constant fan interaction. Don’t sell yourself short.
this is kind of tough to watch these APs sell out at these prices... always want to try and keep things relatively reasonable, but feeling kind of foolish watching all these things sell out at these higher prices.
I'm not sure if Karma means anything but you have always been a good guy who pays attention to the fans. I think I speak for us all when I say I appreciate you being here online to answer questions. Your art speaks for itself. I think your website works well. I have been "check outed" when something is in my cart and someone signs out faster on other sites. I would rather see you get paid than the atrocious secondary prices. Unfortunately, I think a lot of bots are used for purchasing. There are currently 11 Ames posters being flipped on ebay. That is 10% of production. It's terrible.
I would urge you to consider asking to be allowed to sell your variants by auction. Some will be better than others but I think you've been super successful. Make a deal with the band that you'll donate 20% of the profit for every dollar over your usual pricing. I'd happily pay you 200 bucks for some of the prints, especially if I know you're giving a portion to charity. I'd rather not own them I have to go to ebay and pay profiteers..
I think your heart is in the right place but.... He should be allowed to sell them for what he thinks is fair. This is how BK makes a living and supports his family. He shouldn’t have to give 20% of his income to charity right off the bat. I doubt any of us are telling our employers that if they give us raise we will donate 20% of it to charity. He should be allowed to charge $200 for an AP if he wants and put the money in his bank account.

Sorry, perhaps I misrepresented my opinion. He seemed to express some concern about raising his prices ("this is kind of tough to watch these APs sell out at these prices...
always want to try and keep things relatively reasonable, but feeling
kind of foolish watching all these things sell out at these higher
prices") I DO think that 100% should go to him. If he had some misgivings, and easy way to do offset that would be to donate a portion of proceeds.
You and I are 100% in agreement. I don't know what the arrangement is with the band. For example, I don't know if he is allowed to auction anything based on his contract. The charity thing might make it a palatable option to the band and allow him to go the auction route if possible. I think an auction would also help maximize his profits.

Were all the Jackson's sold today signed and numbered? Or just the variants from yesterday?
Yes, signed and numbered regular AP's, no variants today (both the reg and variants are signed and numbered, variant out of 100, and the the reg out of 300). He'll have his last 100 up around noon tomorrow. The drop was supposed to be at noon today, but seems like he dropped them around 11:30 AM instead.

Yes. Totally Agree.

anyone still waiting for their Klausen print to arrive from @bradklausen
thanks
the seattle posters I plan on working on packing and shipping starting on the 27th... got a poster deadline due that morning so am working on a poster til then, then can jump all in to packing seattle, and hopefully madrid as well... still radio silence from the printer on the remaining 100 posters... would love to combine shipping on any orders of both seattle and madrid

Agreed, that Seattle print is killer. Was really hoping for a similar one for Wrigley!

If anyone has an extra Thomas from the Chicago shows that want to trade with a Fenway show let me know. I’m going to both Fenway’s and can pick up the poster of your choice when we know what they are. Looking to hang with The Catch as I really enjoy his work. Thanks

Love your work @bradklausen , your cart system beats the rest. People seem like they are prepared to pay more for quality work and you should reap those rewards as opposed to the ebay aftermarket. Money should go into the hands of the artist.

Why is the Missoula dad hat going for so much on EBay?
Here of any prices yet? Someone told me $250 and $300. If I remember correctly, the 2016 reg AP was $200, so, they might not be to far off.
I walked by a merch booth leaving Seattle 2 and there were large stacks of all the posters (except Shuss) still available and not many people left in line. These are likely going to be readily available in the shop (maybe even to the extent of Fenway '16), so it would be hard to justify a $215 premium for their signature...but that variant is pretty damn sweet!
