    That sucks and all but take some personal responsibility.  Know the cost of what you're buying, figure out the total in your head (or calculator) ahead of time, and get a receipt.  No one is just gonna give you money back on your word.

    The guy should have gotten a receipt and kept a mental tally of what he spent, but I do think the merch tent should use scanners. It takes the human error out of play. Punching numbers into a calculator is pretty antiquated.

    Ya, I would NOT have expected them to give me anything back without a receipt of some kind.

    Just seems like common sense to me.

    It isn't like they are serious collectors and bought $1,500 worth of stuff, they paid $119 which is roughly what we paid in Seattle for two shirts and a poster.  Seems like this one is on them.
