I believe someone posted it somewhere before, but roughly how many packs do you need to complete a set of cards?
In 2016 I'm pretty sure I only bought 10 packs and I had a complete set.

There was no limit on the baseball cards.
      :o
This makes me happy!!! I love the cards. This also means that they ran the presses on them!!!

that “chase” card isn’t much of a challenge.

PJ needs me to run their next baseball card endeavor. I’d have signed cards by the band randomly inserted.

    Theyd sell millions!!!
Random signed Pearl Jam baseball cards would be pretty freaking sweet!
I'm telling you @demetrios I could come up with some other cool ideas that would get everyone all excited about collecting these cards.

I'd do pieces of Jeffs wristbands.  Strings from guitars.  Piece of a drumstick!

Hey Tsurt, hire me for consulting!!!

    I've got more ideas!!!
Pick relics. Drummer quad signatures. They could really step it up next time around.

That sucks and all but take some personal responsibility.  Know the cost of what you're buying, figure out the total in your head (or calculator) ahead of time, and get a receipt.  No one is just gonna give you money back on your word.

Someone said they were overcharged and didn't get a receipt, so they wouldn't do anything for him when he went back.

The guy should have gotten a receipt and kept a mental tally of what he spent, but I do think the merch tent should use scanners. It takes the human error out of play. Punching numbers into a calculator is pretty antiquated.

Wish artists would not do their drops the day after the show. That is the day a lot of us are traveling back home.

If they knew it was wrong when he said it, why did they pay him? Wouldn't you itemize it in front of him until you felt the price was correct? Why would the guy hand over money later just based on someone's word?

Ya, I would NOT have expected them to give me anything back without a receipt of some kind.

Just seems like common sense to me.

  • It isn't like they are serious collectors and bought $1,500 worth of stuff, they paid $119 which is roughly what we paid in Seattle for two shirts and a poster.  Seems like this one is on them.

Know what you want. Know your size. Know the final cost. You have 3 hours to figure this all out.

    Yes/know?
