Apparently theyve been ripping off customers for months taking their money and not delivering products or refunding money. 
 They swore up and down to me that the Tom Petty Live Anthology represses were the original 180 gram limited press so i preordered. When i found out they lied i cancelled the order July 5 and have heard nothing since. Over a dozen emails and phone calls with no reply. Started a dispute with paypal and no reply.
 Did some research and apparently this has happened to many people. They have now been removed from Paypal too.
 If youve ordered anything start your dispute now.

There's been a lot of talk about this on the Hoffman forums since clear back to mid January (with some current posts there yesterday and today), and a lot of unhappy people there as well.
