They should make bobo dolls of that Trump balloon so we can all whack, punch, kick it.
Well, they do make Trump blow up punching dolls. Not long after the election our family went to a local record shop and lo and behold, there one was. Our kids had a great time wrestling and punching it. The store owners just chuckled. They literally went at it for about 45 minutes.
Can the balloon go on a world wind tour lol or why not have one of our own here for the next march on Washington ...
No because the Bush era DHS would have you protest 10 miles from the national mall and inside a wire cage. The Team Trump Treason ballon wouldn’t be allowed above 10 feet. Too many hurt feelings, yo.

Baffoon would have it blown out of the air by the airforce i'm sure of it ...
I'm an American... I love the balloon... kudos to the creators, its genius
There is nothing wrong with loving the balloon. I'm saying the mayor of London should have took the high. Trump might add 25% tariffs on tea...
Not allowing the balloon would have been taking the low road, not the high road. Squashing non-violent free speech that isn't hate speech is never the high road IMO.
I'll hand it to the Brits - they are probably the most creative protesters in the world, lol. That dry English sense of humour serves protesting surprisingly well, haha.
Flying the number of balloons for the number of children in the detention facilities waiting to be re-united with their parents would have been the high road and would have had a greater impact. Flying a balloon to depict someone that you don't like in bad light just makes you look like an immature schoolyard bully. It only lessons your objective to sway his supporters to your corner.
Well as far as I know, there weren't any protestors who came up with your idea. Too bad you didn't make that idea a reality yourself. The Trump balloon wasn't the mayor's idea - He had nothing to do with it. He just didn't stop it from being flown by protestors, and him not stopping it is what was the high road, and him not allowing it would have been the low road. You obviously think that the protestors who flew the balloon took the low road, but that's not what I'm talking about.
So if some hate group decided to fly a baloon depicting some mockery of whoever they don't approve of was allowed by the London mayer, that then would be taking the high road in your opinion? Free speech is 100% a right but where does it stop? Where does it begin to become intimidation? There are many more positive ways to proove your point but we're all guilty of taking the low road from time to time. It's our begative human nature that gets the best of us at times and inly allows our point of view to be deminished.
Yes, of course, not stopping PEACEFUL protestors who are not creating hate speech from flying a balloon is taking the high road in all cases (the hate speech thing is an important caveat because no, a balloon that depicted, say, Obama
hanging from a rope or a Jew sticking out of an oven would not be okay for obvious reasons, while Obama
depicted as a baby would be). I don't have to agree with the protestors for this to be true. Man, flying a funny balloon is not intimidation. I think you're taking that balloon way too seriously. Did you not see all the signs and everything throughout those anti-Trump protests? The balloon was actually one of the more mild means of expression. I don't understand why you are so bothered by the thing TBH. And I don't why you think the mayor of London should be the one to prevent protestors from doing something that's legal and an expression of free speech.
I was only making a suggestion on what could have been done in a more positive tone. Creating a thread specifically about an immature way of getting a point across is more of a concern for some. lol.
There was no intimidation. It was a parody. Are you really that concerned with this treasonous traitor's feelings? He has no concern about the feelings of anyone other than himself, so I'm not sure your concern for his is warranted or deserved. The protest was a completely relevant and effective form of protest, caused nobody harm, and received exposure. Mission accomplished.
Let me say it a little more directly... fuck Donald Trump, his feelings, and all of his snowflake supporters.
A New Jersey effort to launch Trump Baby blimps modeled after one that was a central feature of London protests during President Donald Trump’s recent visit has hit some turbulence, according to news reports.
Activists Didier Jimenez-Castro of Hillsborough and Jim Girvan of Branchburg said they were captivated by images of the overinflated Trump Baby, with its snarling face, orange complexion and tiny hands, floating above the London protests. So, they launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise $4,500 for a similar Trump Baby balloon that could be flown over protests near Trump’s golf club in Bedminster, where the president often spends weekends.
The fundraising campaign found quick success, raising more than $23,000 ―enough for four Trump Baby balloons ― before it stopped taking donations.
Trump supporter Kathie Kitt Conklin of Manchester took issue with the Trump Baby effort, and vowed to pop the balloons, the Asbury Park Press reported. She set up a GoFundMe page to raise money for bail in the event she was arrested. GoFundMe removed the page, saying it did not meet its terms of service.
Two other GoFundMe pages have since been posted by opponents of the Trump Baby balloons. One, set up by Michael Boland of Allenhurst, seeks $2,500 to prevent Trump Baby balloons from flying. The other, with no sponsor’s name on it, is seeking $4,500 for Make America Great Again balloons. As of early Friday, neither of those pages had received donations.
Meanwhile, Jimenez-Castro told the Bridgewater Courier News that Trump supporters have been calling and emailing the homeless shelter where he works in an effort to have him fired.
“I love my job. It is everything to me,” Jimenez-Castro, who works full time at the shelter and part time at a supermarket, told the newspaper. “I respect my full-time job. That’s where I get my happiness from. I was told to keep my work and my activism separate and I do.”

I hope Baby Trump travels the world, showing up wherever Trump goes. He's too good to remain only in the UK.

Best tourist attraction-thing in London to witness.
Got to protect against that as well.
Looks like baby Trump may actually make it to the US, though some are not amused.... But great to see the MAGA gofundme hasn't received any donations.
