  • I always thought the following for Red Mosquito:

"I was was bitten, must have been the devil, he was just plain mean"

I wasn't too suprised to find out that it is actually:

"I was bitten, must have been the devil, he was just paying me..."

I had a weird one with the lyrics to Green Disease. Mind you. I make it my mission to know all the lyrics properly, and i have never really had a mistake(maybe 1 word, or just forgetting it), until this one...

LYRICS: Believe me just asking you to sway.No white or black just grey.
Can you feel this world with your heart and not your brain?

MISHEARD LYRICS: Believe me , just asking you to stay. No I don't, practise breaking your feelings... One with your heart and not your brain?

Oh the embarrasment when i found out... Only knew because i was going to use them in my msn username so went on lukin to get it properly! HA! lol

i thought the exact same thing!! Practise breaking your feelings is an awesome line

actual Lyrics"We're a thousand points of life for the soldier man, help him to come home soon, come home while he can,???? he promised us, toliet paper, styrophone garbage for the ozone layer.

misinterpretation "Were a thousand points of life for the soldier man, help him to come home soon, come home while he can,???? he promised us then tore the paper, styrophone copies for the ozone layer.

Like the promises were written then torn up andthere were copies on styrophone.

Yea I know it's stupid but thats how i thought I heard it on a boot that i have with a ton of scratches.

Rather than being birthed like a normal child, Chuck Norris instead
decided to punch his way out of his mother's womb. Shortly thereafter
    he grew a beard.

I mixed up the fist and pissed in RVM. As for Black I think it is "...were laid spread out before me as her body once did" It would be redundant if he said legs and body, no? Also for a little while I thought it was "...all the bitches have all been washed in black" instead of "all the pictures have been all washed in black." Also in the live versions of Black now does Eddie say "I hope you'll be a star" instead of "I know you'll be a star"? At the end of Alive is Eddie yelling something about alcohol? Oh ALCOHOL YEAH HUH ooo ALCOHOL!
    32 shows and counting...
  • During "In Hiding," I always thought Eddie sang "I stayed where my lust hath kept me," but it turns out he sings "I stayed where my last cab left me..."
    "Darth Vader would say 'Impressive'."

    I thought is was:
"Her legs spread out before me, as her body grew still"........

Even tho I was wrong, I thought that was very sexy........
