What time should I reasonably expect to arrive at the O2 if I want good standing spots on the floor?

Those most determined to get a spot right down the front will queue early for their tickets and will also be lining up for the 10c entry at 6pm. 

I walked in after 7pm to both Amsterdam shows and got to be about eight people from the front.
