And you know what? I don't know about other European countries, but here customs fees are imposed on the total amount of the order. That is, vinyl value PLUS shipping. They impose customs fees on shipping. So yes, it would cost around $150 to get one in Europe.

i really love the vault series but the shipping is more expensive than the actual content of the package for me..
any chance this will be in the EU store?

When you actually think about it, $73 to ship a relatively small box. 10c have the the worst shipping deal of all time.

Santos, please make the new Vault release available at the Euro Store. For us Europeans, it's a very big difference money wise to get the Vault from a location in Europe. Getting it from the US can more than double the cost for us, as shipping costs are almost as much as the vinyl itself and customs charges raise the cost around 30% more. It's a real shame. A lot of money gets wasted and, very seriously, the environmental footprint of shipping vinyls from the US to Europe is A LOT more than having them shipped from Europe to Europe.

Please, do your best to make the Vault available at the Euro store.
    This.

The Euro store is the only way I will buy one.

Where are the vaults pressed?  surely would be cheaper to press and ship the Euro/rest of the world from a European plant.

Last year there were one European pressed version, and one pressed in the US.

  • Seems strange they didn't repeat this just from a logistical point of view, data-base of sales gives an approximate number of sales v cost.

Price is insane. it'll come to at least €150 in Ireland when customs are added. No way is one show of 3 records worth that. I got Benaroya cheaper back in the day!
Would be extremely disappointing if it was only available through the US store as it would be the first vault I would have to bypass. Hopefully ten club can figure something out and give us a decision soon.

Might be a dumb question, but...........

Would it be cheaper to send it to someone you know in the USA, and then have them send it to Europe?

Those prices posted above  are RIDICULOUS!!

Sure this is possible, but why should we do this ? We pay a membership fee. Do the job at reasonable prices or stop it.

I'm sick of this development. Just cancelled my membership after being a member here for a long time, it's enough now.

I don't know anyone in the US. So, I mean i know people who do it as a system and it's great for them (like you sir).

    But this is still bullshit.

Oh its bullshit alright and in the end . Without kind souls it would be just as expensive  really.  My good friends have helped and paid some shipping . That all said
It is not ok to have world wide members . Accept their money and membership then make stuff only available financially  to locals.

I agree you shouldn't have to do that.

They said is was only going to be available for a limited period only. Hopefully they have just made room for the vault. Spines has been added though.

    Eddie boxes coming soon.

When and where? I just wish they'll be available again in the EU / UK Shop after the Ohana Fest.

I cannot seem to find where I saw it. It may have been on one of the pages of the euro store that have been removed.

Thanks a lot Santos and 10C for adding the new Vault and the RSD vinyl to the Euro shop!

That's what I thought too. Unfortunately, I didn't pay attention to the description. Thanks anyway.

  • Postage says £3.99 for as many items as you want - perfect.

But if I put Vault, Easy Street and Spines in my basket it charges me £11.97 for postage, so £3.99 per item.

I checked and put 6 different items in my basket (no Vault, Easy Street or Spines) and it only charged me £3.99 postage for the whole order not per item.

It's great that Ten Club have made it so we don't have to pay high shipping costs, but does anyone know of a way I can order Vault, Easy Street and Spines without being charged shipping per item? I'm happy to wait until Vault release so all items are shipped together.

    Thanks

In 2019 the Euro Store sold Eddie Vedder patches and pins. Here's hoping for Pearl Jam's 2020 Euro Tour they will sell their tour stickers and pins too.

Will the new 7" be available in the UK/Euro store?
Would have to be the Dance of the Clairvoyants before I pay that much in shipping?
  • TW3766TW3766 Posts: 57
Yeah...that whole EU store must be costing more resources than anything and it is really little benefit to us, given how many items are actually NOT available.

I would love to pre-order Gigaton + the 7inch, but I am not paying 40 USD for the products and 30 USD for shipping to Europe....

You might as well shut down the EU Store, take the money and lower the shipping costs...anyway...please re-negotiate your rates and pass down the savings!
