Europe Tour Routing/Transportation

PJNB, is there an overnight train? Maybe spend an extra day in Prague and take an overnight train on the 2nd and arrive in Krakow on the 3rd.

That's what I'm doing after Krakow.  Saves a nights hotel.

Good idea but ideally I wanted to explore the day before the show and get in line around lunchtime or a little after on the day of the show. The only night travel from Prague to Krakow that I can see is with a bus. I have pretty much convinced myself that I will not being doing this especially after doing a redeye flight from Toronto on the 30th-1st. Sleep will probably be needed after the Prague show.

That's a good idea. I just tried to check out with the 2-5 person group option and I don't think it's available yet?

If there's enough people, we could theoretically book the entire first class carriage?

Totally get ya PJNB.  Just throwing it out there.  I'm just chalking up as a loss for 1 day travel.  

I wanted to rent a car and pass by auschwitz, but what a scam the drop off fees are now.

Lets do this group option! Anyone have connections that is from Czech Republic can figure out how we can get this to work? If anyone has long distance to Europe or is local this is the phone number we can call. +420 221 111 122
Red Lukin the drop off fees are crazy. Besides the convenience of it after you factor in gas and fees it really is not worth it.

Book the entire train and then we head straight to the Krakow pre-party!

I am ok with second class though most look like they are sold on first class here. I will not be drinking or probably eating for that matter but will follow the group on whatever you guys decide.

Never hurts to ask is right. If they see that they can sell quite a few of First Class tickets in one day, they may want to do that?

Hello, I'm coming back here, do you know if it has trains from Krakow to Berlin? It seems to me that for the moment there are only buses, I'm not sure.

Zarocat will be with you??? Tell that fucker to answer to my emails! It's getting better and better! I alreadu sent an email to them asking about group ticket for 1st class, I will let you know as soon as I have a response from them.

@zarocat its been a long time since 2012!!!

I just searched the Prague-Krakow train and the 10:24 shows as having 2 transfers on 6/18 (the furthest out Monday you can book). It looks like the week of 6/4 might be the last week it is no transfers. If this is right, that sucks.
