I've never seen them and do want to so I guess this is it. Zombie Crowes is a sweet bonus.

Saw them live in 1997.  They were very good, despite a short(ish) set of about 90 minutes.  If you don't have it already, get their live album "A Little South of Sanity" mainly for disc 2

There was a time before Pearl Jam when Aerosmith was the band I had seen the most times. It was a great show in the early 90's.

The first four Aerosmith albums are great. Especially rocks and toys in the attic. A few good tracks on later albums but you can skip it for the most part.
I agree with this, but add the 5th album “Draw the Line” … so it would actually be 70s, not 80s..

Didn’t realize the guy in the Cryin’ video that steals Alicia Silverstone’s backpack in the diner is none other than “Sawyer from Lost” Josh Holloway.
Really?? I never put the two together either. He basically plays the same kind of character! Ha ha. Of course this means I have to watch the video again so I can check it out now!

I saw Aerosmith twice in the 90's and enjoyed both shows.
Wait, what? I haven't watched those videos in ages. I'll have to revisit them. Also didn't Alicia Silverstone star in a few other of their videos also. I know Amazing she was in also.

Really enjoyed them the only time I saw them. Plus the Black Crowes are a real treat as an opening band. Caught them opening for Tom Petty in SPAC and they were unreal.

Joey Kramer won't be there FYI. Mind you the BCs are solely the brothers now pretty much. Still wouldn't stop me from checking them out had I the chance.

Yep, as a good Bostonian I've seen them many times, including 3 times on NYE.
Expecting tix to be very expensive this tour. Would like to get my son to see them before they call it quits, but certainly in wait and see mode on tix prices and availability. Plenty of open dates around the NYE show, assume they'll add at least one more Boston date, and frankly they should play Boston for their final show.

We were at NYE the year the Bosstones opened. Had terrible seats rear stage. Hard to enjoy the experience. It being NYE again this go round is intriguing because I'd like a do-over of that, but I'm old. Getting in and out of TD Garden that night will be a mess.

I noticed that about the dates too and was hoping the same. NYE would be tough for a variety of reasons and I'd prefer to see them here vs. traveling to NY.

Hopefully they will add some European shows. Only seen them once back in 2007 but the show was awful. Sound was terrible and they only played about 90min with a one song encore (and we complain about PJ just doing 1 encore). Anyway have got into them big over last few years so would love to see them again. Classics live collection is a fantastic live album by the way

I got to see Aerosmith twice.  The first time was the coheadlining show with Motley Cure.. I'm think that was in the late 00's.   The show was really good.  Dual headliners means shorter sets.  Motley Crue only play for just over an hour removes most of the fillter form their set, so it was pretty awesome.  Aerosmith had the opposite problem.   They played too short. Crowd was right into it when it ended, they could of played another 30 to 60 minutes and have enough big songs they could of done it.   They definitely left me wanting more.

Saw them again doing a headlining show at the small city I live in at our small arena, maybe 10 years ago.   Show was pretty good,. but it was 2 hours which seemed a bit too long :)

For me my era of Aerosmith is Permanent Vacation, Pump and Get a Grip.  Aerosmith sounded so different in the 70s that when I was younger I didn't even realize it was the same band.  But that area is what got me hooked on Aerosmith.

I'll sit this tour out because it's going be expensive, and I think I'm good with having seen them twice.   This years expensive concert ticket money is going to Springsteen, because I feel the need to see him for a 3rd time :)

I'm embarrassed to say that I left an Aerosmith show early the first time I saw them. They were headlining with Kiss and were alternating who opened. Kiss opened and after that it was like Slim Whitman was on stage. I think they were playing their sappy shit too so we took off.

I then saw them at their residency in Vegas and it kicked ass.

I think a couple cities (Boston and NYC the most likely) will add a 2nd date upon sell out of the first. There is at least a 3 day gap between every show on the itinerary. I assume they don't intend on playing back-to-back nights, so look at the cities that have 4 day gaps as possible added show cities. Philly, Boston and NYC have those gaps.
Plus, you have 2 large open breaks from 9/27 to 10/11 and again from 12/10 to 12/28 that could add some dates. I assume the December gap is more likely a holiday break and don't think that will get anything added, certainly not the latter part of that break.

I don't know if I'd count on Europe. There have been some health issues with many of the band members in recent years so would not be surprised to see it be NA only.

Have had 2000+ folks in front of me in the queue for 23 minutes now.
Probably wasn't going to buy at the price point anyway but wanted to see if anything side stage was reasonable.
