not looking for controversy, I thought the 2004 VFC shows were great, and it'd be awesome if they did them again in 2020

If America needs famous people to tell them that they need change in 2020... Jeezus, help us all.

Honestly, no. That ship has sailed and its a different generation now. Technology is way more accessible and social media is how most communication is consumed.

I would just like to see them tour, period. Not 7 random shows at massive stadiums. Something like Metallica just announced. If the band wants to draw off the current political state with some of their content then go ahead. Just get on the road and blow my socks off with Rock!
    It's a hopeless situation...

That is a pretty offensive statement to make toward both band members and John Kerry. One might think that someone who gets their information from memes and YouTube videos and has glarring issues with a basic grasp of sentence structure would not be quite so critical of others

yeah I don't get my information from memes, they are used as an illustration, as for youtube, with real news being basically blacked out from Mainstream Media sources, how else would you get information, other than youtube & alternative websites?

Any dumbass can put together a YouTube video that seems half plausible to someone gullible, Flat Earth videos would be the perfect example.
It takes a much higher standard of truth (or bullshit skills) to write and publish a non-fiction book.

Absolutely, how many books has Bill O'Reilly written?  Too many.
The point though was that the bullshit is easy to spot in that format, and if it isn't, well then at least you've been fooled by a pro.

He was woefully out of his element.  Nearly (and more than, in some cases) 100 years of theoretical and experimental results have shown Einstein to be legit.
Even if Tesla had left us some radical revision of the standard and quantum models, that certainly wouldn't have contained something as ridiculous and foolish as a flat Earth and the silly pseudo-scientific "proofs" of it.

Who wouldn’t want more PJ shows? Of course!

The extent to which I support the cause would depend on the details of the cause and candidate obviously, but generally speaking why wouldn’t you want this? More shows! More shows! More shows!

1 meme in the whole fucking thread, sorry not apologizing, especially when I have far more post where they are my words and my thoughts, and I ain't worried about your commentary, you live your life, I live mine, you'll probably never understand my perspective, you would of had to have taken far more LSD in your life, all the members in the band have taken acid, so I am not really concerned about anybody's holier than thou judgements on the subject either, just to save some commentary.

You don’t know me and I don’t know you. That we can agree on. That being said, you don’t know my perspective or where I'm coming from at all, so please don't act like you do. I'm sorry that I pointed out your love of memes in the thread where you only posted one. I could run through the threads you've started/posted in and count them, but that's not the point.

My post above wasn't rude, but merely an observation that some people may want to actually hear your thoughts instead of a meme. I'm not trolling or trying to incite a riot. Quite the opposite, in fact. Maybe I should've just sent you a message.

As for the acid/LSD comment, like I said earlier...you don't know me or what I've experienced in my life. And I certainly don't understand how/why this is relevant at all. You like PJ. Guess what? I do as well. If they all want to take acid, that's their choice.

Again, not trolling or inciting a riot. Just responding. Cheers.
    I LOVE MUSIC.

I agree with this whole heartedly.
