Ticket entry period closed a day early!

From the initial "ALERT: US Concert Dates!" email sent on January 24 (check your inbox if you don't believe me):

I'm fine with it closing when it did. All other information subsequent to that information had today as the date.

Yea the info on the articles did refer to today so it's fair game to change as they didnt hide it,

If someone didn't bother to look at the other emails because they had the info they needed the first time, it's crappy for that person, IMO.

Hmm. I didn't recall that but you're right. However, subsequent emails shows the closing as 2/12 @ 10AM PT

Yeah - but if someone got that original email back on January 24th and never bothered to do anything else (or read anything else )but login today to make their picks, then I have to think they weren't overly invested in getting these tickets.

I just check the email and it's clearly says the 12th. I never saw anything that said the 13th.

It wouldn't be a 10C ticket sale without a boatload of drama.

That's the wrong email (that one is from February 8). The original email was from January 24.

The original email listed both dates so the 13th was clearly nothing more than a typo.

A Ten Club ticket drawing will be held for members active as of yesterday, January 23rd, for a chance to purchase pre-sale tickets.



For your travel planning convenience, you have 2 weeks before the drawing begins. The drawing entry period opens Wednesday, February 7th at 10am PT, and closes on Tuesday, February 13th at 10am PT.



The drawing page will not be active until the drawing starts.

Since you have 6 full days to enter, you do not have to be online right at 10am PT on the 7th. The time you enter the drawing has no effect on whether or not you get tickets, as long as you enter before the drawing period ends on February 12th at 10am PT.

I understand that.  My point is someone could have very easily cleared any confusion over the last two weeks. This really shouldn’t be an issue

Do they draw today?  I was also under the impression it ended today.  I entered right away, so I guess it's moot.   Hopefully they start the draws today?

If you had to guess which was the typo, why would you assume it's the 13th (which has the day of the week AND a later sentence saying it's 6 days after the 7th) and not the 12th, which was written once without a day of the week.
