Are you telling me that I will not be able to get a PRINTED version of the ticket no matter what?!?!

I may have missed something so I'll keep it light - but as a longtime concert goer of bands across the spectrum (including PJ of course), keeping the ticket stub as a memento is very important to me. Even in situations these days where mobile delivery is forced I am still able to show up at the box office the day of the show and get a printed copy.  Is this not going to be an option!?!?!  WTF

The poster gurus are going to flip out if this is true.  Will the matting industry become obsolete?
  • I believe they're also only offering "mobile only" posters to go along with the "mobile only" tickets so problem solved.  LOL ! ! !

Take a screen shot of the ticket used to get in. Order it as a photo at Walgreens. Frame away. We all love ticket stubs but let's make do with what we can.

If you read anything they sent you, or anything in the ticketing guidelines, you wouldn't have to ask that question here.

Been going to the Buddy Guy residency for over a decade now and they take your eticket and give you a badass lanyard. This year I contemplated wearing all my past years at once looking like Mr. T.
