"""" would you hit me """"
Sad
I Am Mine
Rearviemirror
corduroy
Those to me have been "intense"
For a more 'upbeat' choice which is for me still intense I have to go with LEASH "get outa my fuckin face" And my all time fave RVM
immortality is intense
dont think it get a lot of mention
thought i'd bid for that
Elderly woman behind the counter in a small town
Betterman/Alive

She loved him
She don't want to leave this way
she feeds him

Sad
That is why I'm singing
There are so many, i'm still having a hard time picking! I know out of the newer songs, cropduster to me has intense and great lyrics. I dunno, I guess footsteps would def be one of the most intense. Betterman is one of my all time favorites as far as the lyrics go. Pretty intense stuff. So true to women who actually live this nightmare in real life. Very Very intense.
I Got Shit
Untitled (Japan version)
Black
Nothingman
Wish List
Release
Thin Air
Light Years
In My Tree
I´m open
Given to Fly
Black
Deep
Alive
Why Go
Footsteps
Parting Ways
Yellow LedBetter
Dead Man
All or None
Long Road
ARC
Drifting
Why Go makes me think of my sister, especially when she was hospitalized for anorexia and threatened with hospitalization again for her anxiety.
Betterman, like I stated in another post, has helped me get past bad relationships, especially one with a guy who cheated on me numerous times, went to jail, and treated me like a worthless piece of crap. Still, I felt drawn to him, and still do sometimes.
Release is my "getaway" song. When things get rough, this song is my natural high.
Indifference speaks for itself. To me, it's about finally realizing that no matter how much you strive for and how much you accomplish, you'll always fall short of expectations of yourself or others in some way.
Daughter is definitely a powerful one for me. It's about shutting yourself out from the world, not wanting peoples' affection or sympathy, betrayal, cruelty, etc.
Leash is another "freedom anthem", basically stating what Bob Dylan once did in his song "The Times They Are A' Changin"
I got shit...
An empty shell seems so easy to crack...
Got all these questions don't know who i could even ask...
So i'll just lie alone and wait for the dream...
Where i'm not ugly and your lookin' at me...
And i stare you back...
Oh blue eyes, see them...
If just once i could feel love...
Oh stare back at me, yeah...
ds
And no one makes me close my eyes
So I throw the windows wide
And call to you across the sky....
*sleight of hand
*thin air ~ love can keep on moving in both directions
*red mosquito
*given to fly
*state of love and trust
*rats
....
huh, i don't know, there are so many ....
This is how I saw it one day: Insignificance at the Porch of Mankind

Light Years
JFK
Release
Go
and Do The Evolution
It's about killing yourself in front of all your classmates.......what's more intense than that?
i'll keep takin' punches until their will grows tired
i will stare the sun down until my eyes go blind
hey i won't change direction, and i won't change my mind
how much difference does it make
If pro is the opposite of con, what is the opposite of progress?
MSU Class of '10
James Madison School of International Relations
TREMOR CHRIST and GARDEN (two intese songs by the way Eddie sings, with such a strength... I mean...)
