^ Bingo. Im no concert poster expert, but all bubbles pop.
Not really. For the most part, concert posters tend to start off low and rise over time (Kong is a perfect example - right after the show, and even for months after these were selling on ebay for like $89), or start extremely high and nosedive (see 2005 SA Klausen).
And I wouldn't say the bubble "burst" on the CJ and Pitt. They both still sell in the $700-$1000 range, respectively. Just because a few people were paying $1200-1500+ for a short span doesn't mean that a slight drop means the bubble burst.
It eventually will drop. Binaural and RA tour I remember the shows I went to didn't even sell out until day of. I don't know what changed, but it wasn't hard to get tickets to multiple shows like it is now. Eventually the demand will drop. It might be in a few years when people lose interest when they don't play live or record as often, or maybe in 20 years when fans start dying off. But it will. was less than a year ago when you could see a Benny sell every week for over 2k. Now it seems like they get half that in less than a year.

The office seems to be the leading place for PJ posters
