I agree. Evolution doesn't 'fit' well in Yield to me, but I love it. The album isn't the same without it.
Down is so inspirational to me. It's cool to see something with a little different attitude to it compared to the anger/angst in most of the other songs.

I don't know, how they decided against this song...I don't think it lies any farther out from 'Save You' than, 'Thin Air' did from 'Evacuation'...a shame they left this baby off. It's a real feel good song, because ya know the singer has been down, and is choosing to get back up...great piece...glad it was on the single.

I saw it a few weeks ago and I thought it was good.
One time I was trying to print a picture of me so I could give it to a friend to cheer him up after he was diagnosed with cancer, but the printer jammed, and my friend died.

Secondly, PBM...that video is very touching! I loved it. I also showed it to a co-worker of mine who battles Crohn's...she loved it as well. We both agree that the ending is just classic and hilarious! It totally brings together the "won't let the light escape from me" part too...being able to have a good laugh about it ya know? You still have the spirit as well, and so does Mikey and that is beyond encouraging. Because of the support you guys receive from others you really do seem to inherit even more hope and inspiration and in turn you kinda become your own support team in a way...if that makes sense at all. I know what I'm saying anyways. haha. Really though...I've come in contact with so many people that have Crohn's "living with them" (as you would say)...I have yet to meet one that lets it keep them DOWN.
That's awesome that your Daddy digs this song KADDI! I mean, how can you not? It really does mean so much! It saves! It just breeds so much life, hope and inspiration. I thought it fit perfectly with your story PBM...and many others that share the same one. Nicely done and THANK YOU PEARL JAM indeed!!
