OMG!! I JUST got the DVD yesterday....OH>>>MY>>>>GOD!!!!

Seeing this live was amazing, but seeing it on the DVD...it totally MIND BLOWING!! Seriously, if you guys weren't there, it just captures you like no other. Hearing Eddie's voice and seeing his expressions on this, you can sense this total emotion he brings out.

Stone smiling at Jeff as they play this classic song is truly a beautiful thing.:)

This song? No words can descibe the power. To hear that intro and then for the crowd to be like..."hmmm, wait, is it...OMG...IT IS" LOUD ASS CHEERS!! Wow! I cannot wait to see it. Thank god #1 this song was played #2 It was played on that magical, incredible, untouchable, love filled night and #3 that it's on a DVD!! :eek: YES!!! I can't wait to see all of Ed's expressions. And YAY for Stone and Jeff man. It really does make ya smile. SOOOOO beautiful!!

I remember it like it was yesterday too. Being at the MSG show, the unity of the crowd was already out of this world but when this one came on I swear I witnessed/was a part of the biggest group hug EVER!

HOLY SHIT!! The energy of that performance can be felt on the dvd...Eddie's voice man...OH BOY!!!

and the whole crowd singing along to the song...and you wonder why the band made MSG I into a dvd...the energy from the crowd AND the band during this song!!

it is a cover of a Mother Love Bone song...the band Stone and Jeff where in b/f PJ, that is why Eddie said, "jeff and Stone would agree Andy would have LOVED it here" and yes it was in the b/g in the movie Singles.:)

Tears of sorrow that shortly get transformed into tears of joy. There is so much hope and passion to this song.

Dez, I sooo hear ya....NEW YORK was phenomenal! This song has such magic to it. It really does. I was at the Vegas show in 2000 when they busted this one out and then to see it again at MSG it's confirmed, this song shows up and super magical shows and just makes them even more outta this world. I just watched LATG night before last and kid you not, I had goosebumps the whole time this song was on. There is just something about it! To have PJ cover it, it's just like a huge thumbs up to Stone and Jeff, a big hug and wave to Andy and just seems to capture this beautiful force that PJ has evolved into. It captures sooo much. And on LATG?!? When Ed says....

"I think Stone and Jeff could back me up on this...Andy woulda loved it here."

AWW!!! :( I love it.
