    Wish I didn't have to pay for any customs fees on my box set. Hoping the folks at Canada's custom depots are still on the holiday spirit train & not hit us with any fees.

    No customs charges. Canada post dropped at my door. Received my u2 vinyl gift as well without any customs charges.

    No to both.

    For the latter, you can rip the CD once you get it.  But no, you don't get a digital version to hold you over.

    I'm just listening to the encore mp3 now.... Hmm. TBH, I think maybe they made the best decision, not putting this part on the vinyl. I'm still sad that Blood isn't on there, but honestly it's maybe the worst version of RVM I've ever heard, both of the covers are, while interesting, pretty badly done. Better Man is only okay at best, Black is pretty bad too (how drunk was Eddie by this point in the show?). I would say that this encore is not particularly Vault-worthy. I do get just wanting the entire show no matter what on the Vault and if I could choose that's what I'd do, but still... it's no great loss for it to be excluded IMO.

    Arrived in UK, it had a customs charge sticker on it and instructions not to deliver until its paid but they just delivered it anyway. I dont think there is much they an do about getting that money from me now. About time, the whole handling fee thing is a rip off.

    Received mine yesterday as well, it been like Xmas this week (received Blu-ray on Tuesday) Didn't have to pay any customs either on this. Everything is coming up Millhouse!!

    Received mine today (Sunday!?!?!?) just north of Toronto....This vault was not packed as well as the others.  I'm surprised it made it without any corner dings.  Pretty much in an empty flimsy pizza box with a small amount of packing paper on top, that's it....
