    How can you even go through lawschool and become a judge, if you in the end believe that the Bible comes before the constitution etc? How is that even possible.

    Perhaps you're familiar with the common workplace technique of giving your resignation and continuing to work for a period of time, perhaps until your replacement is ready? Or maybe not; not everyone has much experience with employment.

    Sorry to see you have some trouble with grammar. The word common refers to technique, not workplace. And I would say that a fair number of people have staff that they work with. You might not be familiar with this aspect of work, though.
