Yes the person that won the tickets through 10 club has to pick the tickets up at the venue with an ID and then they can sell for face value to whom ever they would like. Some venues have names tied to tickets during the general sale though. It is unclear as to what is going to happen at these shows if you sell both of your tickets and the neither of the persons name is on it.

note: When 10C tickets are exchanged you take it on faith that your buddy will turn up to trade the following gig. I usually ask for a face value deposit or pay one and get it back the next night.

My wife and I both won in the 10c lottery and have two spare tickets for Barcelona. (Also went mad and managed to get 2 seats so deciding what to do about that... The tickets say side view but they look great (and we are both short!).
