There is a gaping space in the tour for a second Amsterdam gig. Maybe the local promoter (Dutch Live Nation) prefers to do it this way. Seems like a standard procedure over there. Build up hype for one show that is guaranteed to sell out immediately, then put the second one on sale... maybe it is their preferred way of doing business and making sure they sell enough tickets to be able to make a profit.
The (possible) 2nd show can (and will) go on sale on Friday without prior warning - do not expect 10 club to notify you or anything.
