There's no queue the night before in europe as far as I know for any show...If you get there during morning or early afternoon it wont be crowded at all imo..
For Amsterdam #1 - This is our first time and we don't quite know how early the queues will begin. Being our first time we would love to get somewhere near the front (of course) and willing to queue from the night before.. is it necessary in Amsterdam to queue that early? Any advice please?
Any other South African's making the journey to The Netherlands?
In 2014 I was there at about 17.00 pm to get my tickets and then entered as soon as doors opened for 10C early entry. I was about 4-5 rows behind my friends who went there early in the morning.

In 2014 there were people who started the queue the day before and did not attend the first night already queuing for the second.
That was when the rule made by people in queue was 'you could take 3 hours break' from queuing. Before Stockholm night in 2014 fans were handed message from 10C that if you want to queue you must remain in the queue in all the time. Have no idea what had happened over last 4 years. In Stockholm 2014 I arrived at the venue 16:30 day before, got no 9, decided to see the city and come back in the morning. Around 6 in the morning I got no 35 (this got me to the second row/ depends on which side of stage you want to stand). When we got to the venue a friend of no 1 or 2 who arrived around 7 in the evening and spent the show in the first row. A 'huge' PJ fan who had no 36, tall guy decided it was absolutely fine to knock off the first row the petite Lady who was queuing from the evening before. I wish you the best possible experience and none of above.

Unless you arrived way early to secure the rail, waiting all day long for ‘securing’ the very first rows is not worth it IMO. In Milan 2014, I arrived at 9am. It was super hot, I was third row but after 7/8 songs I had to go back due to the pressure. I am rather small (1.70m) and it was impossible for me to enjoy the show as I did not feel safe. Same things happened in Berlin 2014 and it was worst because the lines were not respected after as security checks. Things were better in Amsterdam as the lines were respected and the pressure was tolerable.
Maybe im the minority here but i dont really see the "fun" of waiting all day long for trying to get to the rail , even more if im going to another country , there is a new city to discover and a new culture to learn , then at the evening a pearl jam show.
on other subject , when can we expect an email with instructions on how to pick up 10c tickets?
Thanks for the responses! We don't necessarily "want the rail", just somewhere in the front to see them up close - First ten rows are good enough. Thank you!
I'm going to a few shows alone and I'm a little nervous as I've never done PJ shows on my lonesome before. I want to go to the pre-parties in Rome and Barcelona but I'm not great at approaching people I don't know haha. Hoping to meet some cool folks

Anyone know if PJ are going to have a support band and if so any ideas of who it would be.. Personally I'd love the band of horses...
I think these shows are "An Evening With Pearl Jam" so no support act!
What's the story with Milan? Since it's the I-Days Festival does that mean that Stereophonics are opening? Or is that a different venue in Milan? I'm getting in late so won't make the pissup the night before but hopefully I can meet some of you guys the day of. Need to pick up my ticket at the venue beforehand too.

It's a festival, so Stereophonics, Catfish and the Bottlemen on beforehand along with a couple of other bands. Suspect PJ will get a 2-2.5 hour set in that case.

This is why I don't queue anymore, the amount of bullshit and how to police it etc is a joke. You get people that just abuse it so hard i..e booking a hotel nearby so just get a number and go back to bed and come back.
Hi there everyone! Looking out for at least 2 standing tickets for either of the London show if anyone can help out, please drop me a private message. Thanks in advance!
I have 2 tickets for Roma for sale, TM seats 1st row off the floor directly opposite center stage . Can meet at venue or transfer beforehand. PM me if interested. Face value.
The whole queue system sounds stressful to me. People getting in line, letting themselves out, then returning back in line, or holding places for others. Sounds like trouble waiting to happen!

Just say hello. People are at the pre-parties are there to talk, meet new people and have a good time.
If you don't want to cue is there room in GA to stand toward the back (and still have a good view?) and have some space? I am coming from the States and have never been to these cities (Prague - Krakow - Berlin) so I'd like to see some sites... Also, what is the story with Berlin? I have Reserved GA for that... Is there a seated section up front? i.e., no line up?
