How does something arrive in Finland before it arrives in Canada?
Their customs is faster.   Ordinarly when you ship from the US to Canada it takes two weeks.  One week of that is usually the item being held up at customs.   Many countries don't have a backlog like that.

I got my Blue-Ray today and I'm in Greater Vancouver but only because I had it shipped  stateside to our post office box. Fwiw I ordered it fairly late and was notified it arrived a good week ago. No extra goodies but maybe they save them for those that attended the shows which doesn't include us and if so that's fine by me.

Same here. Received the CD/DVD combo & pennant yesterday. The Blu-ray was shipped in a different package. We should be receiving that one any day now. :)

If you ordered them from the 10c a big part of it is because of mail innovations.    The frigging records circumvent the united states before making to the border.   I really doubtful that it's really any greener for the environment, but it makes shipping super slow.   If 10c shipped USPS you'd probably get the item in two weeks, but mail innovations stretches it out to 4 to 6 weeks.  It's crazy.

You'll never convince me that UPS Mail Innovations is "green" at all,
I watch the tracking of every UPS Mail Innovations shipment I get from 10 Club.
EVERY one come straight to the UPS processing center in Urbancrest, Ohio...
a 5 minute drive from downtown Columbus, where I work, and maybe 15 minutes from my home.

From there...I've routinely seen my packages go 2 hours south to Cincinnati,
3.5 hours east to Pittsburgh and even 6 hours away to Chicago to be "transferred" into the USPS system.
This adds MANY miles and several days to the delivery process.
    No way this is green!!

Ordered the DVD through 10c along with another item on November 26, it processed as a single order. Yesterday I received the other item, but still waiting on the dvd.

My membership renewed at the end of November as well, curious to see if the shirt arrives before the dvd (shirt was ordered after), lol.

Edit to add I’m in Toronto, Canada.

No it isn't. UPS is lying to the 10club. It's sad they don't see this.

Why oh why can't they use USPS? Especially the USPS service for Canadian orders.

I can't believe Amazon Canada is delayed that long. Though not shocked as I haven't seen any store in Nova Scotia selling any CD/DVD or Blu-ray copies of Let's Play Two. Not one. :/
