That is the song I kept humming when the concert was playing on directv in december.....Totally cool haunting organ at the beginning and the modified lyric "let the show begin" really was a perfect opener for the DVD. Lots of great stuff on this DVD.

Ever since I posted this version I cannot stop listening. How fuckin extra amazing is this?! Jesus!!! Ed & the choir sound way too stunning together. The "questions rise and answers fall" part & the way the choir drops their voices???? WOW! *chills*! Just when you thought this song couldn't dig any deeper, couldn't possibly feel any better...in comes this version. This song was also MADE to be performed acoustically. I hope, hope, HOPE the boys bust it out this way next tour. Too perfect.

Agreed Champagne Breakfast!! It's such a beautiful song and to kick off a show with it is just PERFECT. Awww MSG...."let the SHOW begin". *chills* Everyone singing "love, love" at the top of their lungs. It's just instant unity and super, super happy lovey times. Again, PERFECT way to start the magic. I'll never forget the first show of the tour '03...Denver, CO. The anticipation at an all time high...everyone about to POP with excitement...finally being reunited with the boys!!! And then they start things off with this one?!?!? Sooooooo beautiful. What a feeling. It's so infectious, powerful and feel good.
I will also say once more that I reeeeeally hope they bust it out acoustically in '06!
