That is simply unbelievable! I mean seriously, how could the guy who wrote that not include my blink once for US dates, twice for none question? Journalism is not what it once was.

This band is meant to be played in arenas and they know that.

Hey all... (forums newbie here, be gentle!!) I'm taking the Lolla shows in South America as a positive sign for a possible Aussie tour sometime soon - its in the right hemisphere, at least!
But in case I need to venture further afield for my next EV/PJ fix, I'm forming a (currently very vague) plan to travel to the USA west coast around Sept 2018. Any thoughts about the likelihood of Ed doing Ohana fest again next year? How far out has the lineup been announced previously?
Any other EV/PJ shows are fair game too, while I'm in the neighbourhood... line 'em up, fellas :-)

So a LA show in the fall? Asking for a friend who is working on an article...
tell him that the merch girl in LA show will be blonde and 5.8 tall

Late September: San Diego, Phoenix, Salt Lake City,
NOvember/December: Australia
Same... I'm hoping for the South or Mid-West states - my buddy in PHX & I are determined to meet somewhere out there or in between for a couple of shows before he moves back to the Northeast. I'm hoping for a minimum of 2 shows in 2 cities.
Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland & Quebec Pearl Jam shows next year.
Also throw in a Maine show. I wanna drive and have a wonderful road trip with my love if they do an Atlantic Pearl Jam tour next year.
What says you?
I wouldn't mind meeting up again in Montreal!
Edit: Nor would I mind a Maine show for that matter; I just don't see the northeast US being on their radar considering they were here last year, but who knows?

When you think about it, if you count the HOF induction as an appearance and not a show like the site does, this is the first year with no PJ shows since they've formed.
Dancing makes a great point. RRHOF induction ceremony feels like an appearance, rather than an actual concert. Hard to believe 2017 will go down as the first year without a full concert; perhaps that leans to a late Fall pair in Seattle or California (ala 1999 and 2001)?

December is only 2 months away. Logistically it would seem unlikely. You usually need to see your tickets at elast a few months in advance. You have book venues, etc... usually it would of leaked given how close we are :(

Hopefully Seattle/Vancouver in 2018
I fear you are correct. ;-(
Perhaps it was a little bit of wishful thinking on my part (which means it doesn't qualify for the rumour thread). ;-)

True. The West coast needs some loving. If no road trip I don't mind another Pacific Northwest tour experience.

I support your tour schedule. I did Montreal in 2003, Montreal and Ottawa in 2005 and London in 2013. I wish that I had been able to pull on the 2011 canada shows, and would love to see them in Quebec City and some of the eastern areas.
