    As someone just posted it was 5 years ago today that Wrigley 1 happened...that means it is the 5 year and 1 day ago anniversary of the day that I first ate Lou Merloni's.
    (And the last time)
    It berthed the term "Taking a Lou"

    I'm forever grateful for that day - it settled my curiosity on true deep dish vs. real pizza.
