It's a chain restaurant... but the Haggis Hut offers a liver, lungs and onion pizza.

The "Rise and Shine" from Pizzanista in LA.  Bacon and eggs...sounds weird but it tastes amazing!

Speaking of which... one of the most often mispronounced-and-it-drives-me-fucking-nuts food items is mascarpone.  I can't tell you how many freakin people I've heard say mars-ca-pohn instead of mas-car-po-nay.

I've never had the fried egg on pizza but it has piqued my interest many times.  Usually if a restaurant offers egg on pizza, they tend to have a selection of gourmet pies on their menu, and I find something else a little more adventurous.  I think I'd like it, but I'd probably be more tuned to have it on a white sauce instead of red.

If you want pizza, then eat pizza.  If you want breakfast, have breakfast.

I guess if you make enough weird combos someone will like some?

The pizza sauce and an egg just doesn't sound appealing to me.

A breakfast pie does sound pretty awesome!  Chorizo, egg, gorgonzola, cherry tomatoes, & arugula would make a delicious combo.

Yep, maybe drizzle a small amount of olive oil, but the egg yolk would suffice. No red sauce for sure.
