    Recently I made some Chicago tavern style pizzas. My girlfriend is veggie, so I made one with zucchini, cherry tomatoes and garlic. The other is made with homemade sausage.

    2nd looks great.
    Everyone always goes on about Chicago deep dish pizza. Don't get me wrong, I love some deep dish, but tavern style is much more sessionable. The thin crust has butter in it, so its flaky and crisp.

    YES! I love the browned cheese. It's so good.

    It was a perfect layer. Not too much. There was 5 of us. Crust was regular pizza crust. Savory and sweet. Bananas and strawberries on the side.

    Got some slices for TNF last night, had the Sicilian and stuffed garlic knot for lunch today 

    White slice  and eggplant … eggplant was amazing
