    Made a couple pies over the weekend. Good, but charred the crust a tad too much. Still good though
    No such thing as charring too much. I prefer mine on the well done side. Last pies I made I starting precooking the pepperoni and bacon and it was phenomenal. Your pies look great.

    My father in law got in my wife's ear about it causing cancer and now she refuses to eat any crust that comes out like that. It's ridiculous. I assume if you eat 10 pizzas a day that are charred, you might have a problem....you might have a lot of problems actually. But a slice or two every now and then? Come on.

    Ahhh, the carcinogen argument.  Basically anything burnt is bad...

    I'm so addicted  - one reason why I left the East Village in Manhattan - 40 pizza parlors in walking distance!!! AAAAHHHHHHHHH
